Yo Yo Yo Yo What up what up!
Alright. Man. I been playing too much GTA. That game has officially secured it's position (on my list anyway) as the greatest PS2 game......ever. For Realz. That game is the Shiznit. Don't take my word. Go buy it. Now.
Anyways so yea everyone's all pumped about the red sox winning. Not really me. I had a 10 dollar bet with Trevor that the Yankees would beat them. Only I can make a bet on the Yankees/Red Sox and lose. I mean they haven't won since like 1918 or some shit. Whatever, the sporting gods hate me and I hate 'em right back. Jocks are pussies anyways.
Besides that I been working and playing San Andreas. Did I mention it's the best Ps2 game ever? I got some big ass assignments due lately too. I have a debate in Poly Sci about 3rd parties being able to debate. Kind of ironic...... And I got a paper about the Clean Air and Water Act. And a music test.
So that's about it. Oh yea went to Hennessey's for Chris's B-day. I bought his a shot he probably didn't need. He was pretty gone. Oh and another thing. I got a funny ass letter from a chick that came into my work one night when I was working one night. She sent it to my work. It's about how dreamy I am. She's about 5'6 and 250 pounds of hot tamale mexican mamacita. Just ask me for the letter and I'll show it to you. It's comedy. Mario says it's the funniest thing he's seen all month.
Also big(ger) surf hits Wednesday. Alright Peace!

Well I made it rain last night. I performed the New American cultures version of a rain dance and washed my '85 Toyota Pickup. But it's good. Rain is good. It reminds me that the planet is still somewhat alive. Other than that I've been doing a whole of nothing. I'm totally into graphic novels (comics if you wanna be a dick about it). I just got the last Hellboy (the conqueror worm) and read it in a night. I seriously couldn't stop reading it. Also I ordered a Joe Sacco book from work. Joe Sacco is a genius. I don't think i've read anything that made me get a real feeling for like in the middle east as his book Palestine. Hopefully the one I ordered (it's called something Bosnia) will be just as good. Other than that I've been working and going to school.
Oh yea and see Supersize Me. It's fantastic. Go see it. I haven't eaten fast food since. So that's about all for now. See ya next time.

I've said this before and I'll say this again.........man, you gotta love Oceanside. So I forgot my wallet at my Mom's house in c'bad (surprise...) So my dad gave me about 4 bucks for the day. I had to:
a.) get comics
b.) eat
c.) get some cologne
So I go to Big Steve's comic kitchen and pick out the one comic I want the most (Powers #4........awesome). Then I went to the 99 cent store and got me some cologne called "Inspired by Drakkar Noir" for a buck 7. It smells pretty damn good.....we'll see how well it works. I'm still waiting for my neck to turn green or to break out in some crazy rash or something. Then I took my remaining quarters and bought myself not 1, but 2 top ramens! Martha Stewart move over I'll teach you how to really budget. So that's about all. Other than that I've been surfing, working and schooling(?). Alright y'all keep it gangsta.

Whew man it's been a rough last couple of days. I've gone from like more highs and lows in the past few days then I think I have all last month. I'm finally just hit a nice comfortable middle that I think I can ride out for a while.
Aside from that work was alright. I got my first positive customer comment (only took 6 months). I think I get like 5 Barnes and nobles dollars which equal about 50 cents in our cafe. Just please about 13 more customers and I can get that bowl of chili I been saving for.....
Speaking of chili here's my fucked up thing of the day. Alright so I go to the cafe and they are just about to dump out the leftover chili from the day so I'm like hey I'll take some of that. You know I been working all day I'm pretty hungary. So there like alright cool. So then the boss shows up and is like you can't take that. It has to be thrown away. I mean WTF? How lame is that? If a dude's hungary give him so fuckin chili. I mean you're just gonna throw it away anyways. Swear to god talk about a soup Nazi......
Oh yea I surfed today too. It was Head high! Where did that come from?? And I go out there in head high surf after not having surfed in about 3 weeks.........And I actually shred!! It was totally what I needed. Alright I'm out shout outs to the crew.

How's the saying go? You can take the boy out the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out the boy. Something like that. Anyways now that I have an actual bed in my bedroom I'm oficially back in Oceanside. I used to hate O'side but it's really grown on me the last couple of years and I realized I kind of missed it. I took some time reaquainting myself with my favorite ghetto buy doing what else? Getting some new threads from Goodwill. I got some treasures too, man no joke. After that I helped out my local underage gang banger by buying him some beer. He let me in on the new beefs in Oceanside gangland.
Let me start of by saying I don't condone gangs or gang violence but they are a real part of life in this patchwork of a country of ours. On that note the kid I gave a ride to told me about his crew Pasole (which is the name of a mexican soup made with hominey) having beef with the Center Street gang. Pasole members, I call them Pass-Holes (ha get it?) are Oceanside's oldest gang, coming from the neighborhood of the same name on the north side of mission just past the 5. From what I know the gang is about 100 years old. Well there beef is with the Center Street gang whose territory is center street (just up from vine). The Center Street members are also mexican but are not quite americanized (what people call wetbacks). What the beef is about I'm not sure but it probably has something to do with drugs, proximity, stupidity, or a combination of the three. The other major beef out in the valley is between the Samoans and the Blacks. This is a pretty constant battle but I think it's gotten especially heavy lately. I heard a sibling of Junior Seau's was just killed in a gang hit actually.
Other than that my new O'side room is pretty killer. It's probably the coolest room set up I've ever had in my life. And tommorrow is the last day of the week long party at my moms house. The party will be back in two weeks though when she goes away again. Alright I'm out!
