Today was 5-6 at Carlsbad. I caught a gi-mongous wave at hole-in-the-wall. It was scary. It was like a moving mountain of water. I only caught 1 though in an hour and a half. But it was all worth it........

Well just got back from seeing Kill Bill Volume 2. It was pretty good. I liked the 1st one more but the sequel was entertaining. Also, Me and Mario have stumbled across the greatest inside joke in a long time. I'm not gonna say it here, but if you know us, you'll here it sooner or later.........

I went to the beach twice today. The first time was by myself at Off Shore where I caught a beautiful 4-foot close out barrel. It was one of my sickest waves in too long. The second time I went to Ponto with Trevor and his bro and sis. I caught about 3 waves but nothing too special. I actually was chased out of the water by a seal. I don't know what but I did something to piss him off. I freakin hate seals. So all and all it was a pretty cool day. If I had a sixer and the fridge and a nice P.O.A. to poke on it'd be damn near perfect. But what's a man without dreams? Alright until next time......

What up y'all? Just got done with another action-packed day in the Oceanside- Carlsbad area. Worked from 9 to 5. I have the hottest boss I've ever had. She's probably like 30 with blond hair and super tan. I spend most of my time at work imagining bending her over the book counter. I think she's down too. Not really for any reason, just a feeling I got.

Just got back from the good ole' La Paloma Theater in Encinitas. Me and Martotheizzo went to see the 3rd showing of Jack McCoy's Blue Horizon. It was a pretty good surf flick. Not quite as good as modern classics Step Into Liquid and to a lesser extent, The September Sessions. But a cool movie none the less. Plus the director and one of the two stars, Aussie pro-surfer David "Rasta" Rastovich were the hosts which gave a cool, humble, local vibe to seeing the show. Well worth the 8 bucks! So that's about all going on here. Tomorrow I'm probably going to surf all morning and chill with Mario and see Kill Bill Volume 2 in the evening so if ya need to find me hit me up! Later.

Big Salty Tears, Is what I taste
As I drive, Past your house
Tonight
And all those break lights
That are in front of me
They make me
Want to get on tonight

I'm at the age where I realize
The liquor store won't bring you back
I must be gettin' old
I'm at the drive-thru
And I'm making my face
All fat fat fat fat fat
Big Salty Tears

I'm at the age where I realize
Nothin' actually
Just do what I'm supposed to do
$2.17

Nice guys finish last.
I know how cliche that sounds but it is the truth, let me tell you. I just got back from SDSU. I was having a great night thanks in part to a keg of MGD. I was trying real hard and being real nice to cool girl Jamie cause, well, I'm a nice guy. I really am. Not many people are. I even open car doors for girls. I mean, come on, who does that? Anyway so I'm being nice guy to Jamie and she wants to be nice to me. So we're driving along and someone says let's stop at moonlight beach. It's 1 in the morning so this is definitely a great idea. Jamie gives the thumbs up. So we're pulling over when all of a sudden a person, we'll call them "C.B." says no. "C.B." is in a rut because "C.B." wants love but doesn't know how to go about getting it. So my friend "C.B." decides to crash the whole party and let nobody have fun. Lesson learned- don't rely on a friend that you would do anything for, apparently that trait isn't always a 2-way street. I'm quickly learning the friendships I think I have with people don't go as far as I thought. This is very depressing.........I'm a nice guy.......but I have a very long memory...................

I also want to say to my cousin Christie that I hope you feel better soon and I'm praying for you everyday. You're the toughest dork I know!
Today was one of the best days in a while. First, I got a 96 out of 100 on my 2nd Poly Sci test for the year. So that was awesome. Mario and I had a bet to see who would get higher but we tied. What are the odds? Then I got this bangin' chicks cellphone (wink, wink) number that I've been drooling over since about the 2nd week of school. And I finally got a job! As of tomorrow I will be working at the new Barnes and Noble in Oceanside off of Vista Way. I get a 30% discount so anyone who wants cheaper books hit me up. That is about all. I'll let you know how the 1st day goes. Later.

This morning I woke up in my bathtub. Well, I didn't really wake up, but was woken up. I can't tell you how I got there. But I can tell you I finally found my limit. 8 Beers, 1/5 bottle of Tequila and 3 Zanax's. Kids don't try this at home.

What's up dudes? Surf's up! Yaa... I ripped it up today at O'side Blvd. Musta been like 5 foot. I had a chance at a big 5-foot barrel but totally pussed out. I made up for it on other waves though.

I got a new cd too. The Ziggens Live- Tickets Still Available. It's bad ass. You need to check it out because I know you haven't. Nobody has.

So bottom line, you should go surfing this week and listen to The Ziggens. Alright, later.
